Instructions

  1. Step 1 Cook noodles until tender, then rinse with cold water
  2. Step 2 Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl
  3. Step 3 Stir-fry protein, garlic, and bell pepper
  4. Step 4 Push ingredients aside and add beaten eggs to scramble
  5. Step 5 Add noodles, sauce, bean sprouts, and peanuts. Toss to combine
  6. Step 6 Top with green onions, cilantro, peanuts, and lime wedges
