Chocolate Cream Pie

Step 1 Bake the pie crust according to package instructions. Allow to cool completely

Step 2 In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, cornstarch, and sugar. Add the coconut milk and alternative milk

Step 3 Whisk constantly over medium heat until the mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil for 2-3 minute, or until very thick, then remove from heat

Step 4 Add the chocolate chips, vanilla, and salt. Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth

Step 5 Pour the filling into the cold pie crust and chill for at least 4 hours, or until set

Step 6 To make the whipping cream, open the can of chilled coconut milk and scoop out the thick cream on top. Whip the cream with a hand mixer until fluffy. Add the gelatin and honey and whip until well combined
