Brioche Buns
Brioche buns are a classic choice for burgers and sandwiches. These are soft, buttery, dairy-free, and easy to make.

Step 1 Add warm water to eggs

Step 2 Add yeast, sugar, and salt

Step 3 Add bread flour, rest 15 minutes

Step 4 Microwave butter for 40 seconds and mix in

Step 5 Shape dough to get a smooth surface

Step 6 Rest 2 to 2½ hours (windowpane test)

Step 7 Deflate dough and roll flat. Cut into 12 pieces

Step 8 Shape into balls and press flat

Step 9 Rest in oven for 45 minutes with a cup of hot water to rise

Step 10 Remove buns. Preheat oven to 400°F

Step 11 Brush with egg wash and again when oven is ready

Step 12 Bake for 13-15 minutes, rotating halfway through
